Are you, or one or more of your children, an athlete playing sports? If so, are you using a strength and conditioning program to enhance natural athleticism? No matter what level of athlete you are, you can improve on your strength, speed, agility, jumping, etc by using the proper mechanics, form, and weight program along with nutritional guidance. This is EXACTLY what you get from my sports training programs. You can visit me in person for 1 on 1 training, or do them from the "comfort" of your living room by using the tools offered in my online programs.

NextLevelPTW currently operates out of Pinnacle Fitness in Topeka, KS. Pinnacle is currently beginning a gym expansion, which will double the current gym to roughly 10,000 Sq Ft. In addition, NextLevelPTW is investing in additional equipment to operate a 5,000 Sq Ft turf facility, where lessons and sports training will be conducted. Space will also be available for individual and team rentals, to allow you to practice your skills without requiring lessons to be purchased.

BASEBALL (Player) - I grew up playing baseball starting at the age of 2 in the back yard. The sport has always been and continues to be a big part of my life. As a player, I was able to win a State championship at Seaman High School (Topeka, KS) in 2000. From there, I spent a worthless year at Hutchinson Community College (I signed to leave before playing any games) before heading to play at Saint Louis University (SLU). Playing at these different levels gave me an opportunity to see the difference in talent, but also work ethic, player make up, and other several factors that college coaches use to evaluate and coach their players. During my playing career, I was able to compete against many major league level players both past and current.
BASEBALL (Coach) - Beginning during my playing days, I would help with the local Legion program here in Topeka. After a few summers of helping, I was offered and took an opportunity to be the Pitching Coach for the Topeka Golden Giants collegiate team competing of the MINK league. After 1 season, I had the opportunity to help start teams for the Golden Giants at the high school level, where I got my first chance to become a Head Coach. After 2 successful seasons, I began a program called the Midwest Bruins, which I helped run for 7 seasons. In my 12 total seasons of coaching, I was able to help in the recruiting process and connect over 100 players to colleges to continue their playing careers on scholarship. At the conclusion of the 7th season for the Bruins, I "retired" to do lessons full time, in addition to my personal training.
TRAINING - I have been training since March of 2010, and have continued to grow steadily over time, allowing me to spend my whole day helping people reach their goals. In that time, I've helped over 10 people lose a minimum of 50 pounds, as well as countless others in reaching specific goals they set for themselves. I use the methods I learned by getting myself in shape over time, as well as the technical information I learned in school. This gives me the best opportunity to help a multitude of people, regardless of their specific goals. My coaching background has helped me identify personality traits, skills, and weaknesses, allowing me to create the perfect program for my clients.
